Taking up where the acclaimed 1999 HBO special Larry David: Curb Your Enthusiasm left off, Season One of this hilarious comedy series features vérité-style footage of Larry (playing himself) at home, at work and around town, as he gets into predicaments (many of which are self-inflicted) involving relatives, friends, actors, neighbors, business associates and even incest survivors! Reprising their roles from the comedy special are Jeff Garlin (also an executive producer) as Larry's manager Jeff Greene, and Cheryl Hines as Larry's wife Cheryl. Each episode also features appearances by a number of celebrities playing themselves, including Ted Danson, Mary Steenburgen, Richard Lewis, Kathy Griffin and others.
